Liz holds Body Control Certification and is also a Supervising Pilates Teacher – helping trainees to gain experience in teaching practice. She is passionate about the positive benefits of Pilates to all – regardless of age, gender and ability.

She invests in continuing professional development and education including Lower Back pain, The Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Pilates for Pregnancy, Pilates for Horse Riders, Posture and Gait.
